Michelle LaBonte - owner/director
Teacher / Infant Room

Michelle has lived in Thompson her whole life. She has been married for the last 19 years raising 4 wonderful children, in which has enabled her to do a lot of volunteering at the children's schools and become more involved with education. Michelle has deeded to open Scribbles Kid Care LLC up now that her children have grown. Michelle has completed several instructional courses that include Child Development and Guidance,Principals of Child Development and Learning,Parents and Child Care, Infants In Child Care,Early Childhood Professional, Managing Health and Safety,Nutrition for Young Children, Abuse and Neglect, Toilet learning, After School Programs, Many Ways For Children To Learn, Toddlers in ChildCare.

Danielle Padulla-
Website design / Sub
Danielle attended Tourtellotte Memorial High School were she graduated , she also continued her education at QVCC were she took classes in Child Developement, Composition, U.S History II. Danielle has also been a great roll model working with children by couching cheerleading ,and also helping chldren in the community with baseball, soft ball, she is a very outgoing person that really enjoys the children and working with them.
 

Amanda Kenefick -Teachers Assistant / Sub
Amanda attends Tourtellotte Memorial High School were she is a Senior right now. After high school Amanda plans on going to College for Early Childhood Education. Amanda's love and interest for working with children has grown and she can communicate well with all age groups of children.




 Jacquline Carr-
Teacher Toddler Room
Jackie is a High School Graduate from Tourtellotte High School and is now attending QUCC. She is a very responcible,dedicated and devolted worker with the children and enjoys watching the children learn and grow.Jackie loves to do all kinds of Arts and Craft projects with the children and also hands on fun so they enjoy there time away from home.Jacki has become a great addition to the Scribbles Staff.

Samantha Rock-
Teacher Toddler Room
Sam is a Graduate from Tourtellottoe Memorial High School and is also attending Qvcc.Sam has worked in the daycare field for the last 2 years and enjoys working and playing with children.Sam is a very hard worker that show alot of excitment when working with the children to insure that they enjoy themselves and have a great time when they are away from home.

Carissa Brodeur -Teachers Assistant / Sub
Carissa is also a High School Graduate from Tourtellotte Memorial High School. She is new at working with children in a daycare setting but is a very dilligent worker. Carissa loves all the children and takes control of any situation that might arrise. Watching Carissa work you would think that she has been in the daycare field for awhile. Carissa has also taken classes at Qvcc  and is also taken corses to become a CRN in nursing.



 

 



Heather Dubois  -

Heather is also a Happily married mom of 3 children that grew up in Rhode Island then moved to Thompson 5 years ago. Heather went to Community College of Rhode Island and completed a degree in Early Childhood Education and also attended 20 hours a year of workshops in early Childhood Education.Heather was also a head teacher at The Children's PlaceII for 4 years were she ran the toddler room.After that Heather worked as a teachers assistant in the Kindergarten Room, and also ran the after school program for school aged children 7 -10.Then Heather was moved to the Lead Teacher in the Preschool Room for a few years.The last 2 years that Heather worked in Wrentham MA she was the Lead Teacher in the Toddler Room until Heather came to join us at Scribbles Heather has also continued to educate herself through out the childhood Education by taking courses in Music and Motion,Including all of Us,Music for Young Children,Story Telling and the Art of Discipline,Are You One of Us, Process Vs Product,discipline and basic Behavior Management,How to Involve the parents in the Classroom,The Center and The Child's Life,Early Intervention: Identifying Red Flags,Rethinking Recess,Legal Issues in Child Care,Teacher Talk; Language as Guidance and Support,Creative Classroom Strategies for Infants and Toddlers 
Heather has been with us at Scribbles since the beginning of 2008 and as you will see she a as a remarkable teacher and great at communicating with the children and their parents.
